ABOUT PAUL
In addition to being a licensed psychotherapist and life coach, I am a teacher, author and healer.
As a child, I was drawn to spirituality, psychology, and music. I was a highly sensitive child and an empath who had psychic and spiritual experiences.
For more than 35 years, I have worked as a psychotherapist integrating Western psychology with mind-body techniques, energy and sound therapies, and spirituality. In addition, I provided clinical consultations and offered workshops, seminars, healing circles, sound healing meditations, spiritual ceremonies and retreats.
I received a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work. I am also an ordained non-denominational interfaith facilitator.
Along my spiritual and professional paths, I explored the spirituality and healing methods of many traditions, seeking to find the core truths that underlie them. I have served the world by helping people overcome life's challenges and open their hearts to love.
In my free time, I enjoy writing poetry, singing and composing music, meditating, tai chi and spending time in nature.
